Ladies, united we stand against our Enemy!

My dear accidental beauties,

This is an issue close to my heart, Close to all the ladies hearts as well - our beautiful Pair of Breasts.

Unfortunately, for us who are in Malaysia, studies have proven that 1 in every 19 female develops breast cancer.  Holy crap! That's some serious issue! I imagine myself in high school, my class had 40+  girls, and in that class 2 of US are at some point of having it! That's INSANE!

Breast cancer occurs when the cells in the lobules (milk producing glands) or the ducts become abnormal and divide uncontrollably. These abnormal cells begin to invade the surrounding breast tissue and may eventually spread via blood vessels and lymphatic channels to the lymph nodes, lungs, bones, brain and liver.

Ladies in Malaysia are dropping dead like flies every year, and an insurance company has proven that highest claims for female disease is BREAST CANCER. We can only deny - " Nah, I won't be that unlucky one".
 Better start thinking, WE May Be ONE of THEM! By thinking this way, we can only be more aware and try to take some prevention steps.

To make it easier for understanding, what's risking us and bringing us one step closer are mainly 4 factors , of which 2 can be prevented or modified;

Breast Cancer Genes 

• Genes - NOT modifiable , therefore if you have any nuclear family members with history of Ca. Breast, the risk is 40-85% at stake. 

• Exposure - If your job requires you to be exposed to alot of radiation such as machinaries , computers, electro magnetic fields, electrical stuff, out cant-live-without smartphones and tabs,  (hello, flourescent light also has some form of radiation), so if u say, NO wAy Jose am I exposed in anyway, you gotta start waking up. The fact is , its a world of growing technology, and we can't possibly stay away from these stuff. 

• Lifestyle - Do u smoke? Drink alcohol? Lack of exercise? Eat fast food, junk food, pre-packed, tin foods?Don't like vege & fruits?Loves carbonated beverages?Frequent late nights? Stressed? Dehydrated? Negative minded? Depressed? Couch potato?----> If the answers are mostly YES, these are just a step closer to inviting cancer.  These my beauties, can be modified - IF you want to. MODIFIABLE!

BAN THOSE BRAS!!!!

• BRAS - Yup, don't be astonished and wide eyed! First of all , most breast are supported by wire bras and they look beautiful because the bra sponges create the notion that we have beautiful round breasts. As a matter of fact, what do you see when you take them off and look them in the mirror? Are they sagging? They're not round are they? (Please exclude boob-jobs). 

Bra wires actually compress onto our lymphatic nodes which aid in lymphatic drainage (means drain excess fluids and toxic wastes) that our body doesn't need. In the long term, toxic wastes will accumulate in the blocked nodes and will develop into God-knows-what, a lump, a cyst maybe? And in long term, these cysts and lumps will get lack of blood supply and oxygen and the environment becomes acidic, THUS, CANCER is formed!

Bra sponges on the other hand, will accumulate dirt, and detergent and sweat and oil in the long term (cos i don't think anyone thoroughly scrubs and squeeze dry their bras ei?)  and babes, do u know our nipples actually breathe? This is causing the rise in nipple cancer these days. 


Look out if you notice changes in your breasts such as

•  orange peel skin
•  dimple formation 
•  black lines at the sides of the bra nearby lymphatic areas like the armpits
•  one breast is bigger than the other
•  discharges from the nipple
• redness or pain in the breasts

DO something about it and Perform Breast Self-Check Examination every month after menstruation. 

Know your "twins" well, so you can detect any abnormalities as quick as lighting. 

If you're wearing wired bras and extremely thick spongy push-ups - Just change your bra. 

I made that change a year ago, after a friend of mine who's only 25years old passed on due to lymphoma. She was pregnant at that time, they managed to save the baby , only to loose her.
Ever since, I felt an awakening. Cancer can kill, anyone, at any age. I just changed to EASECOX Amylinear Bra - at least that takes one risk away.
