O is for O.B.E.S.I.T.Y

My dear accidental beauties , THIS is where the danger zone is , Zone O - the obesity zone. 

If you're no where near there, congratulations - don't ever go there. If you're slightly there, GET OUT OF IT! If' you're more than more in there...don't panic. This baby is gonna get u out of there ---> ME!

Obesity - we hear about it day in day out, its in the news , in the stats, in the papers, on the streets, in McDonald's , KFC , Burger King and in our everyday regular kopitiam setting. Its a global issue now , like hotcakes! 

Yes, and we recently saw in the local paper " EVERY ONE HATES THE GIRL WHO ALWAYS TALK ABOUT BEING FAT FAT FAT!!!" Bla bla bla....This my darls , is called psychological denial....why hate the chick who's talking about Fats? Cos it's a fact , and people hate true facts -period-

Obesity simply means excessive fats in the body.  Darls, its more than a cosmetic problem, it concerns our health and well being all together. 

The more obese a person is, the risk of contracting chronic diseases becomes higher. 

Examples of chronic diseases are ;

• diabetes mellitus
• hypertension
• hyperlipidemia ( high cholesterol)
• coronary vascular disease and cardiac problems
• kidney failure

 Now if that doesn't frighten or move you at all...I guess either your brain or heart's covered in so much fats its so numb! that was supposed to be a lame fat joke

Causes of Obesity:

Check you BMI and see where you stand

Causes like genetics, endocrine problems, hormonal issues - THOSE we can't modify.

Causes like lifestyle, diet factors, self-issues - THAT we CAN CHANGE! 

Darls, I'm not saying obese girls are ugly , they're beautiful inside out , my point here is I want you to fight negativity in your head sayin' I CAN'T BE SLIM' , I want to fight obesity by your side , I want you to fight diseases that will destroy your life before its too late, I want you to gain confidence back so all good things come your way.
